Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
Parents say that they appreciate the ideas staff share to help to support their children's learning at home.
Inclusion & environment
The manager works closely with other professionals to help to support any children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. She has made good use of additional funding to support children's social interactions and language skills. Staff have received additional training in sign language and carry out focused activities with children to boost their speech, language and communication.
Children explore the woods and go on visits to the farm shop and garden centre. They develop their problem-solving skills as they work out how to move larger quantities of water around the garden, using a wheelbarrow. They also develop their muscle strength as they practise their physical skills by jumping, balancing and running around.
