Little Peoples Nursery, established in 2010, is an Outstanding rated, term-time childcare setting for children aged 3-4 years. Open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm, and Fridays from 8am to 4pm, the nursery provides a vibrant and nurturing environment where children thrive.

The dedicated staff ensure every child settles quickly, becoming highly inquisitive learners who eagerly explore and satisfy their curiosity. Children are encouraged to experiment, concentrate, and persevere, developing valuable skills through engaging activities.

The nursery fosters a mature understanding of behaviour and respect for others, with children mirroring staff's excellent example. Exceptional progress is made by all children, as staff meticulously monitor development and offer play opportunities tailored to individual interests.

SEND provision

The diligent monitoring of children's progress means that any weaker areas are speedily addressed and no child falls behind in their learning. Additional funding is used highly effectively to further promote children's development.

Outdoor space

Children participate in numerous opportunities that support them in being active and help them to develop their physical skills. For instance, they climb and balance as they negotiate obstacle courses they have made. Children explore the frost outside, collecting frosted leaves and exploring why the frost has melted.
