Inclusion & environment
Staff understand how children develop and learn. They make accurate assessments of children and use this information to identify any emerging needs. Staff identify appropriate next steps in learning. They seek external guidance from professionals where required.
Leaders use additional funding to enhance physical development. For example, children access targeted resources that strengthen balance and coordination. Staff support children to count each other accurately when moving between the garden and playroom.
Excellent nursery, my eldest went here initially, any concerns we had they always made sure they accommodated us. It was very reassuring to see and know they would take there time to listen us. They take each child very seriously and help the individuals needs. I found if i had any needs for my child, they would address it. We ended up send all our kids here lol Staff are well trained and very friendly and polite with parents and children.
