How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff accurately identify when children need additional support in their communication and language. They use focused activities while awaiting external support and intervention. The special educational needs coordinator spoke to the inspector about how they support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

Outdoor space

Staff recognise how children enjoy outdoor play and implement the curriculum in the outdoor area. Children's physical development is promoted very well, with opportunities to experience a range of activities to support their small- and large-muscle skills, such as climbing and balancing. Children also have opportunities to learn about nature and the environment by using magnifying glasses to view and examine insects they find in the garden.

I can't fault little stars my little girl was born in COVID so we didn't do much socialising or get to groups like we usually would when it came to nursery she was a cling on and didn't want to go , the nursey staff was so patient with her and let her take it at her own pace , few months in now and she absolutely loves it never stops talking about all the staff and all her new friends thank you to all the ladies in red squirrels 💓
