Little Swans nursery has an incredibly wonderful and nurturing environment for the children. The staff are so kind and genuinely care about the children’s growth. There is always something exciting going on, and we love the regular newsletters that keep us up to date with everything happening in the setting. We also find the daily learning journals incredibly helpful for tracking our son's progress and seeing his development in real-time. I was particularly impressed with the recent literacy workshop - for their first one, it was executed flawlessly and was very age-appropriate. It provided a great bonding opportunity for parent and child. The manager Sam is so involved and hands on with the children and it is heart warming to see her interactions with the children. The workshop gave us some helpful tips to go away with. It’s clear the team puts a lot of thought into both the curriculum and the parent community! Thank you to Leanne and Sonya, who take such good care of our son in Heroes. He is very fond of them and always has good words to say. The whole environment seems effortless and genuine - I can only imagine the hard work and dedication it takes for the nursery to run this way and am grateful for the progress our son has made here. Definitely recommend this nursery 😊

My son currently attends little swans day nursery and is in the baby room (Jelly Babies). From the very first day, the staff have shown such genuine kindness, patience, and love towards all the children. It’s clear how dedicated they are and how much care and attention they put into everything they do. Staff are always so supportive and adaptable when my son’s routine has required some changes or additional care. I feel very reassured by the daily updates via the app and this is thanks to the staff who dedicate their time and efforts to ensuring we as parents are happy and comfortable as well as the children.

I just want to say a massive thank you to all the amazing staff at little swans. Both my children have attending the nursery and our experience has been amazing. My oldest daughter suffers with food allergies and excema and I felt during her time there all her individual needs were met and catered for. My little one took a while to settle in but thanks to Sam and Elaine and all the support they gave us she quickly settled into nursery. She is 4 now and is a confident, happy little girl who loves nursery and is very sad to be leaving but ready for school. A special mention to Dee who has had both of my girls over the last 3 years. She helped them both settle into preschool and gave them the confidence they have today. My oldest is excelling at school and I believe that is down to everything Dee and the rest of the staff have taught her during her time at Little Swans.

I would like to say a big thank you to Miss Zoe for the amazing care and support she has given my son. From the very first day, she made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always happy to help. She’s very easy to talk to and genuinely cares about the children. Since being in her class, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my son’s communication skills—he’s become much more confident and social. It’s clear that he feels happy, safe, and supported with Miss Zoe, and as a parent, that means everything to me. Thank you for being such a wonderful teacher, Miss Zoe! — Sara ⸻ Would you like a shorter version for social media or nursery feedback forms?

My daughter ‘Aliza’ has been going to this nursery since the age of 2. I am so pleased with the nursery as they cater for every need. The staff are remarkable and the nursery provides a rich curriculum with many activities for the children. My daughter loves going to nursery, she feels happy as it’s another one of her safe space after home. Dee (her nursery teacher) is amazing, she has a lot of experience working with children and she always communicates with us parents regularly. Aliza comes home and only has positive things to say about Dee. Dee is a great teacher and supports the children very well providing nurturing support. McKenzie works with Dee and is a great support for the children, she really engages well with children and parents. She has a positive attitude and is always happy to help. Every morning I drop Aliza off and Sonia consistently will welcome her and settle her down to eat her breakfast. This is a really big help especially for us working parents. My daughter has had so many experiences here at the nursery ranging from: Animals coming in, forest school visits, drama tots, regular library visits and many more. Thank you so much to the management team (Sam and Elaine) for giving my daughter such a positive nursery experience to leave with.
