About this day nursery

Loddon Nursery School, led by Director Jayne White since 1993, provides exceptional care and education for children aged 0-5. " This approach emphasises a calm, natural environment with open-ended resources to spark imagination and learning.

The nursery is divided into three rooms: the Ladybird Room for babies aged 0-2, offering a nurturing "home from home" experience; the Caterpillar Room for 2 to early 3-year-olds, providing a spacious environment for independence and exploration; and the Butterfly Room for children preparing for school, encouraging independent learning and critical thinking. The outdoor space is a natural wonderland with various resources, a sensory path, mud kitchen, and construction area, allowing children to freely explore indoors and out.

A dedicated nursery cook prepares fresh, nutritious meals daily, catering to individual dietary needs. During school holidays, a popular holiday club is available for children up to 9 years old.
