Our daughter has been attending Lola-Belle’s Day Nursery for the past seven months, since she was 13 months old, and we have been so impressed from day one. The induction was incredibly well-structured, with phased settling sessions that helped her ease into the new environment with confidence and comfort. One of the things we value most is the clear and consistent communication. The team never rush when we go to pick her up and they always make a point of telling us what she did throughout the day, and they go beyond the basics to share insights about her development, interactions, and emerging interests. It feels like they truly see her as an individual and care as much a parent would care, and that means so much to us! We initially enrolled her for two days a week, but after seeing her amazing progress, we happily increased it to three days. Every week we notice that she has learned or mastered something new - like learning new words, recognising colours, eating independently, growing in confidence, and developing strong social and self-help skills The entire staff are always warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, and the manager Billie leads with professionalism and kindness. You can feel the positivity the moment you walk in, and it’s clear that every member of the team is invested in the children’s well-being and growth. A heartfelt thank you to the manager and the entire staff! You’ve created such a nurturing, engaging space, and our daughter is truly thriving because of you. Most importantly she's always happy and has a smile on her face after coming back from the nursery. At the end of the day, we want simple things - that our kids are happy and confident as they grow up, right? And that matters the most! We couldn’t recommend Lola-Belle’s Day Nursery more highly. My daughter start her journey at Lola-Belle’s just over a month ago and I’m so happy. More than happy! Firstly from just visiting I knew I wanted to daughter to attend, Billie was friendly, professional and welcoming to both of us. All the girls have been nothing but friendly, welcoming, supportive and attentive towards my daughter. She is met with smiles in the morning which makes it easier for me to leave her. my daughter goes in happy, never cry’s showing how comfortable she is with the staff. On picking her up she looks happy from watching her play at the windows, the staff engaging with her and the other children. The other children in the nursery look happy! Which is a great sign also. It’s clean and tidy, daughter really enjoys the food 😂 At Pick ups always get a good handover, any questions I may have, staff are always happy to answer. Emails and phone calls are always answered in a timely manner. I no longer feel the need to call to check on my daughter as I feel she is safe and well looked after. Thank you everyone for looking after my baby.

We have always been very impressed with Lola Belles day nursery. Our eldest daughter attended this nursery before starting reception and she absolutely loved the nursery and all staff so much. We have since moved slightly out of the area but we chose to still send our youngest daughter to Lola Belles too as we know she will be in good hands and she has truly flourished since she started. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely seem to love what they do. We always feel welcomed and the communication is good. The Tapestry app used by Lola Belles is great! We love to see all of the photos and videos of what our little girl has been doing which is especially helpful when she can't tell me about her day properly herself just yet as she is only two. She has developed so much, not just academically but socially too. I feel confident she will be well prepared for school just like our eldest daughter was. Thank you team Lola Belles for all of your hard work and taking care of our babies and making them so happy when they are in your care xx

My son who is now 6 months old started here 4 weeks ago and he absolutely loves it! I had visited many nurseries before this one and did not like any of them however I walked into Lola Belle's and burst into tears because I knew I had finally found the place my son would be happy and safe. Having to leave my little baby is the hardest thing however the staff here have supported me all the way. They are kind, considerate. knowledgeable, helpful, caring, friendly, understanding, hardworking the list goes on! As for what they have done for my little boy I cannot thank them enough. They all adore him and care for him and his wellbeing and safety as if he was their own. He has been coming here for four weeks now and has already learnt to roll over on his own, made me beautiful artwork because they never let him miss out on any activity even tho he is only a baby, and shown him so much heart. He smiles when I drop him off and is still smiling when I collect him. I am told all about his day, what he has eaten if he has slept what he has been doing both in person and through the secure app the nursery uses. His nappy is always changed throughout the day and if needed his clothes too. I honestly cannot praise the staff here enough, they all say hello to me and my son when we arrive and goodbye when we leave. It is clear how much they all think of him and want to encourage him to learn new skills. As a first time mom it is so hard to know what to do and if you are doing right but they really do help in any way they can and have already said they will help with starting the weening process. The nursery itself is full of amazing toys, sensory items, books, soft spaces everything any child could ever want. It has cctv, an outdoor play area and is always the perfect temperature. I am so grateful to have found Lola Belle's nursery and so happy they had space for my baby.

We wanted to leave a new review as it has been a year since my last. My son has been here 18 months now, and my daughter was here 18 months before school. My son loves nursery, he has friends and goes every nursery day no complaints! The menu recently changed and its great. Bumps and falls are always reported on the phone at the time and again on pick up. The learning and activities are great too. The staff are lovely and Friendly and we have absolutely no concerns with lola belles x
