I can’t distress how wonderful place this is! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Loving Hands is not business driven. It’s full of passion, love and support. Miss Sandra ( the owner of the nurseries) helped us so much when we had to juggle our personal life. She was working together with our family supporting us in so many different ways. All the teachers are so great ! We honestly love them all . I was a parent for two years but also had a pleasure to conduct music and movement sessions here and in Miss Sandra’s other branches. Everywhere I went children were bursting with confidence. Sitting patiently for an hour was not a challenge. My daughter who was so shy and withdrawn became so carrying and confident . She achieved all the Early Years goals before she started reception . She found difficult to settle and honestly the support from staff was incredible. We are so lucky that we found them . Do not hesitate to sign your children in 🥰
Read on GoogleA Deeply Unsatisfactory Experience Our experience with Loving Hands Nursery has been very disheartening. I was shocked to hear my daughter described as “disruptive” — language that feels entirely inappropriate when referring to any young child. The communication style of certain staff came across as unprofessional and not welcoming , which is not what I would expect in an early-years environment. After revisiting the 2017 Ofsted report, many of the concerns raised there still seem relevant. Nothing in our time with the nursery suggested meaningful progress or improvement. I had hoped for warmth, understanding, and professionalism, but sadly, that wasn’t reflected in the care provided. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this nursery.
Read on GoogleLove in Hands Nursery – Extremely Disappointing Experience I am very disappointed with the way my daughter was treated at Love in Hands. I was even told over the phone that she was “disruptive,” which is completely unacceptable wording when speaking about any child, let alone one so young. The staff’s tone and manner of speaking feels very strict and almost military-like, and their choice of words is honestly shocking for a childcare setting. After looking deeper, the Ofsted report from 2017 says it all. Nothing about my experience shows any improvement since then. I expected care, patience and professionalism, but unfortunately that’s not what we received. I would not recommend this nursery based on our experience.
Read on GoogleA Wonderful Nursery! My daughter has been attending Loving Hands Nursery for a year now she was in toddler room and now she’s about to start there preschool room in September , and we couldn’t be happier. She has flourished in so many ways—she's learned so much and grown into such a confident, happy little girl. The staff are incredibly kind, loving, and truly compassionate. You can tell they genuinely care about every child. I’m so grateful for the nurturing environment they’ve created, and I would highly recommend Loving Hands to any parent looking for a safe, warm, and enriching place for their child to grow.
Read on Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loving Hands Nursery has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we joined, Sandra (the amazing nursery manager) has been a constant source of warmth, reassurance, and professionalism. All the staff especially Latoya, Brianna, Tish, and Andrea are all absolutely wonderful. They’ve each played a special role in my daughter’s journey. My husband and I have seen so much progress in our daughter. Her learning has come on in leaps and bounds, and she’s even started picking up some French 🇫🇷 from her weekly lessons, which has truly impressed us. Her confidence has soared, her eating habits have improved noticeably, and she’s become so much more independent. One of the sweetest things we’ve seen is how she now practises her yoga breathing when she feels overwhelmed, it’s such a thoughtful tool for her to have at such a young age. It’s clear she’s been nurtured in an environment where she feels safe, happy, and loved. We’re incredibly grateful for the care, support, and encouragement she’s received. Thank you for everything you’ve done. We couldn’t have placed her in a better setting. Tiffany and Chris
