Monday to Friday, all year round, closing for two weeks at Christmas. Sessions are from 8am to 4pm.
With a capacity for 32 children and 54 children on roll, the nursery is staffed by nine childcare professionals, seven of whom hold Level 3 qualifications and two at Level 2. The dedicated team, led by registered person Haywood, Kay Elizabeth, focuses on fostering children's independence and preparing them for future learning through a curriculum that follows their interests and curiosity.
They offer a stimulating environment with a range of resources and opportunities for children to investigate their surroundings, including engaging experiences in the nearby on-site woodland, which enhances their well-being. The nursery also provides funded early education for two, three, and four-year-old children and maintains effective partnerships with local schools and authorities to support positive outcomes for each child.

The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact on children's learning, including a joint observation of an outdoor activity with the deputy manager.
