Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities effectively. For example, staff give children clear instructions when it is time to move on to another activity. They give children a countdown in minutes, so they know how much time they have left and what is coming next. Children respond positively to this and move on to the next activity smoothly.

Outdoor space

The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.

My daughter has settled in really well at this nursery and she has always found separation from me for nursery difficult in the past, so I have been so pleased that this has been smooth. The nursery staff are caring and supportive, and the flexicare option is helpful to avoid paying for planned leave from nursery. Thank you Amy and the rest of the Mama Bears team at Midvale Road.

Highly recommend this nursery. So understanding so caring my boy loves all the staff and they care about him so much and even care so much about the parents. If your a first time parent putting your little one in for the first time or even a parent with more kids this is the nursery I would say to put them in.
