Inclusion & environment
Leaders and staff have developed effective partnerships with professionals and work closely with the local authority to secure additional funding to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. For example, staff have recently attended sign language training to help support children's communication and language development.
The curriculum supports children's physical development. For example, babies crawl over soft blocks inside and staff encourage children to pull themselves up the climbing frame. Children carefully turn around to use the slide. They sit in sand and use spades to dig. Leaders and staff complete risk assessments to ensure the area is safe.
An amazing Day Care setting! We regularly have our pupils volunteer at Manor House Day Care. The staff are always warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend!
Read on GoogleTried to call up to ask about information on the nursery, the lady on the phone didn’t understand what I was saying , asking who I am when I repeatedly said I was looking for information in to my children starting nursery here. Had no idea on how to conduct a call in a manor that would be consoling for a mother to know her children will be attending here and just sounded rude and abrupt. Didn’t carry on with the call as I can only imagine the level of attention the pay with the children if they don’t even know how to conduct calls
Read on GoogleWonderful. Our daughter is at the preschool and we love it. It's super cute, gorgeous staff and we're really happy, such a good find.
