Our ethos

Children develop strong attachments with staff, settling quickly as staff greet them and help them feel safe. Staff use their knowledge of each child's development to target teaching to individual interests and needs, focusing on building confidence, sociability, and communication skills through stories and songs. Children are confident in choosing their activities and enjoy crafts and physical play, which helps develop their fine motor skills.

Pricing & funding

Fees are charged hourly based on two age bands for non-funded hours and chargeable lunch club attendances. Additional charges include a daily consumables fee and a one-off registration fee.

Good to know

  • One-off registration fee applies and includes a pre-school t-shirt.
  • A daily consumables fee is charged to cover snacks and resources not covered by government funding.
  • Invoices are issued twice per term (each half term) and are due by the end of that half term.
  • Full fees are due for sickness, holidays, and occasional days off.
  • Four weeks' notice is required when withdrawing a child, unless they are leaving to transition to primary school.

How they support every child

SEND provision

The manager and staff monitor children's progress closely. They identify any gaps in children's learning and work in partnership with other professionals to implement strategies of intervention for children with delays in their learning or special educational needs and/or disabilities. The manager and staff use the information that they receive from other professionals to provide children with more targeted support, and they ensure that those in receipt of additional funding make good progress in their learning.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy having opportunities to be physical and to use the ride-on cars and bicycles. They chase each other and follow instructions as staff play games encouraging them to speed up and slow down.
