One of the best nurseries. I honestly did feel that staff cared and were genuine. Harriet the Manager is amazing and the way she handled small incidents and concerns is great! I cannot express in words how I feel about the staff members and I hope they are still there, I had fallen unwell and we had a lot going on in our personal life which stopped me from showing my gratitude for the staff members, I guess it would be too late now to make it up. So I hope my words are more than enough and they can appreciate my feedback :) Although we live a little further away now, we truly miss this nursery and their staff members. We would have loved for our other child to join if we weren’t this far. Only cons about this nursery was that they became a little overcrowded towards the end and my child still remembers that there were too many kids even though it’s been 3 years now :) and she’s now 6.
