Maygardens Little Learners is a nurturing nursery located in Northolt, dedicated to fostering the growth and development of children from birth up to 10 years of age. The nursery offers a stimulating and enriching environment with programmes tailored for different age groups: Early Explorers (newborn–2 years) focuses on sensory play and social connections, Curious Climbers (2–4 years) encourages creativity and independence through play, and Adventurous Thinkers (4–8 years) prepares children for school with an emphasis on literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving.
They also provide an After School Bunch for 8–10 year olds, offering homework help and socialisation. The founders, Alexandra E Diosan and Abeer Hashmi, have over a decade of childcare experience in Ealing and envisioned a nursery that delivers quality care within a diverse, homely setting.
They prioritise individual needs, working collaboratively with families and professionals to ensure every child thrives. The curriculum is designed to be aspirational, with staff dedicated to identifying and supporting each child's learning journey, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

The nursery also provides varied opportunities to learn about the wider world and champions reading as a 'window to the world', thoughtfully selecting texts to support all aspects of a child's development.

Parents speak highly of the nursery. They feel that they are valued and listened to and fully involved in their children's learning. They are grateful for the emotional support and can see huge progress in their children's confidence and social skills. They are regularly invited to discuss their children's progress and are offered ideas to help at home. They feel that their children are fully prepared for their next stages, including starting school.
Inclusion & environment
Staff work extremely hard to plan a curriculum that has clear purpose and that is personalised to children's individual learning needs. All staff know children well and offer them high levels of support as they engage in all the activities on offer. Children are making exceptional progress when working towards meeting their individual milestones.
Staff ensure that children are always engaged in movement to support their physical development. The inside climbing area provides opportunities to climb over and under equipment, and staff support children in the garden to learn techniques to swing, kick large balls, move in and out of tyres, and climb and slide down slides.
SAM Zohrabi 🥰We are profoundly grateful for the exceptional care, professionalism, and dedication demonstrated by the entire team at this nursery. From the very beginning, it was evident that the environment had been thoughtfully designed to foster not only academic readiness but also emotional security, creativity, and social development. The staff consistently exhibit warmth, patience, and a genuine commitment to each child’s individual growth. Their ability to balance structured learning with imaginative play reflects a deep understanding of early childhood development. It is reassuring as parents to witness our son’s increasing confidence, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning—qualities that have flourished under their attentive guidance. Communication with parents has been exemplary. We greatly appreciate the transparency, regular updates, and the willingness of the educators to provide thoughtful feedback regarding our child’s progress and well-being. Most importantly, our son feels safe, valued, and happy—there is no greater testament to the quality of care provided. We wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any family seeking a nurturing, intellectually stimulating, and professionally managed early years environment.
