In its Ofsted inspection of September 2021, the day nursery was judged to be 'Good' overall. The inspector reported that children are exceptionally happy in the calm and well-organised environment, build warm and trusting relationships with staff, and are confident.
Parents told the inspector they were very pleased with the setting. Leaders ensure the curriculum is well planned and staff know the children well.
Children have regular access to an outdoor play area where they are encouraged to be active, using bikes and apparatus to develop physical skills. Ofsted also noted that children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive a high level of support from staff, who work with other professionals to provide for individual children's developmental needs.

SEND provision
Leaders ensure staff meet the needs of individual children well and are proactive in identifying if children need a specific level of support. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and those who are disadvantaged receive a high level of support from dedicated and caring staff. They work well with other professionals to provide appropriate support and continuity in learning for all children. Staff use additional funding successfully to support individual children's developmental needs.
Outdoor space
Children have regular access to learn in the outdoor play area. Staff motivate children to keep active and they immensely develop their large motor skills through riding bikes and using a range of apparatus to support their physical skills.
