Messyhands Childcare, established in 2023, provides a nurturing home-from-home environment for children aged 0-4 years. Open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm, the setting prioritises placing children's needs at the centre of its provision.

Staff are dedicated to supporting children's individual needs from the very start, offering multiple settling-in sessions to ensure a smooth transition. " The curriculum is thoughtfully planned to support children's development of new skills, allowing them to make good progress and prepare them for future learning.

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive excellent support, with staff working diligently to identify their needs and implement tailored strategies. Similarly, children who speak English as an additional language are well-supported, using keywords in their first language to aid understanding.

Outdoor space

Children play outside and giggle as they observe bubbles from a bubble machine being blown in the wind. There are lots of opportunities for children to explore, make choices and initiate their own play.
