I am so grateful for the wonderful care and attention my child has received at Mi Nursery. From the very first day, I’ve been amazed by the warmth, dedication, and professionalism of the staff. They not only provide a nurturing environment but also instill beautiful Islamic values that are important to our family. The staff at this nursery truly go above and beyond in creating a safe, loving, and enriching space for all the children. My child has not only developed important social and learning skills but also gained a deeper understanding of our faith. The way the team incorporates daily prayers, Quranic teachings, and Islamic etiquette into their activities is truly commendable and ensures that my child is growing up with a strong foundation in Islam. Communication has been excellent, and the staff are always attentive and approachable, making sure I am well-informed about my child’s progress and daily experiences. I’ve also noticed how the staff are genuinely invested in each child's well-being, creating a sense of trust and security. The Islamic environment at this nursery makes me feel so reassured that my child is not only receiving top-quality care but also being raised with the values of kindness, respect, and compassion. Alhamdullilah I couldn’t be happier with Mi Nursery since my son started a month ago. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The whole process has been very smooth and easy. The environment is clean, safe, and full of engaging activities that support learning through play. I’ve already seen a boost in my son’s confidence and social skills. Everyone has been very helpful, Zahida Apa has been extremely accommodating and understanding she’s always helped in every way possible. I am very grateful for all the staff and everything they do. جَزَاكَ ٱللَّٰهُ keep up the hard work.

We couldn’t be happier with our daughter’s nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and they genuinely make every child feel safe, valued, and happy. Since starting here, our daughter has grown so much in confidence, social skills, and independence. The environment is welcoming, clean, and well-organised, with plenty of fun and educational activities that keep the children engaged and excited to learn. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured. We are truly grateful to the whole team and especially Apa Zahida. Would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive place for their child.

My son has been attending since September and I can say with certainty that he absolutely LOVES IT! He settled from the get go, I’ve never had him crying at drop offs and he has the biggest smile when I pick him up! I can sense from the way the staff handle him that they show him warmth and affection and that’s why he enjoys his time there. The staff are amazing!! Always friendly and polite and I feel super secure with leaving my son there, they keep me updated through out the day via the App! Also at pick up there is a short run down of the days activities! I was really hesitant about having my son go nursery but through recommendations and visiting the nursery myself I instantly felt comfortable and I’m so glad I got a place for him. Appa Zahida is very friendly and all the Appa’s that work there are amazing!

From the very first day, this nursery has felt like more than just a childcare setting — it has truly felt like a second home for our family. Every morning we are welcomed with warm smiles and a kind salaam, and that alone speaks volumes about the love, respect, and compassion that runs through this nursery. It sets such a positive tone for the day and instantly makes both parents and children feel safe and valued. The staff are beyond amazing. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care shine through in everything they do. They do not simply look after children — they nurture them, understand them, and support them wholeheartedly. Having two children in the same nursery, I have been able to witness first-hand the incredible consistency, dedication, and warmth shown to every child. The progress both of my children have made is truly heart-warming and something I am endlessly grateful for. The SENCO deserves the highest praise. She is, without a doubt, one of the most dedicated and organised professionals I have ever come across. What touched me deeply was that I once casually mentioned — even before my second child had started nursery — that she had slight communication delays. It was mentioned in passing, yet the SENCO remembered. She made a conscious effort to keep an eye on her, regularly update me with her observations, share her professional opinions, and proactively arrange additional support where needed. That level of care, memory, and attentiveness is incredibly rare and means more to a parent than words can express. She is currently working closely with my son Wahaj, and I cannot express how happy and reassured I feel with the way she supports him and communicates with us. She keeps us informed every step of the way and works collaboratively, ensuring nothing is rushed or overlooked. The fact that she is so determined to secure additional support for him before he transitions into Reception makes this journey feel deeply personal. It shows her commitment not just to paperwork, but to the child behind it. What truly speaks volumes is how much my children love this nursery. They are excited to go every single day. My daughter literally runs into nursery each morning, full of joy and happiness, eager to start her day. She cannot wait to leave the house — and that alone says everything. She loves it because the staff have created a safe, nurturing space where she feels happy, confident, and understood. As a mother, seeing that brings immense peace to my heart — Alhamdulillah. This nursery is filled with warmth, compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for children. The staff go above and beyond, not because they have to, but because they truly care. We feel incredibly blessed to be part of this nursery, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to any parent looking for a setting where their child will be supported, valued, and genuinely happy.
