This place is amazing. my daughter comes here second year. She love her teachers, her friends. Before Christmas we had private concert. she singed Christmas song what learned in nursery. New application from nursery it’s easy. From them I know what she ate every all day in nursery. Breakfast Snack Am Lunch and Pudding , it’s good. Communication with staff it’s easy. I recommendation this place if you want yours kids will be happy and safe.

My son has been attending this nursery for the last year. He has come on leaps and bounds with his speach and enjoys interacting with his peers. The staff have always kept me well informed and their new app means you are up-to-date with everything: from what your child ate to what time they had their nappy changed. My daughter will also be starting this nursery next month

My daughter has been in this nursery for 8 months, she had a lot of difficulty adapting because she was always very attached to me. Barla and Cynthia were essential at this stage, they always did the best for her, Barla insisted that I not get discouraged that I had to continue taking her, I am very grateful for everything they did and do, today my daughter asks to go and always comes back happy. I have to say that Barla is very sweet and loves what she does. All the other staff are very receptive and willing, the nursery offers a great structure for the children. I would not recommend this nursery. My son always went in and out crying, he never adapted! She came to the door and trembled that she was getting diarrhea at the moment he didn't understand why. One day he came out crying, he told me that they pulled his ear and his hair and indeed his ear was very red, the director saw it. Another day they didn't change his diaper full of pee and finally the sock arrived stained with liquid and his toe was swollen and they put liquid on him. Nothing was ever reported to me. I took him to the emergency room at the moment. I ended up denouncing.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this nursery as the Manager called Mahrukh is the less profesional person I ever know. Starting from the point that my child was always coming home dirty, wet, with a full nappy that was sent from home, with nappy rush and many other things. Also every time when we would complain or question this issues the manager would reply saying if we are not happy then go and look for another nursery ( for the price of £1000/ month for 3 days). Last time when our child came home without her body and we asked why she came home with the jumper only when outside is 3 degrees she decided to breach the contract and brake it without any notice, even so the nursery was payed she didn’t allowed us to bring the child in. They never refund the money that we paid for nursery back! My advice if you want a nice place for your child stay away from this nursery as if you have any questions about your child wellbeing you will be in trouble with the manager. Very sad because the nursery itself is very nice as a building but the service offered by the management team is the worse.
