We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Monkey Puzzle Nursery. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcome, and it was clear that our daughters were in safe and caring hands. The environment is warm, nurturing, and full of engaging activities that support learning and development in a fun, creative way. The team is not only professional and well-trained but also genuinely kind and attentive. They really get to know each child individually, and we’ve seen how much our girls have grown in confidence and independence since joining. Their communication is excellent—we’re always kept updated with daily reports, photos, and milestones. It’s such a relief as a parent to know that your children are happy, well cared for, and actually excited to go to nursery every day. We’re so grateful to have found Monkey Puzzle and couldn’t recommend it more highly to other families!

Monkey Puzzle is a lovely nursery. My daughter is 11 months old now and she enjoys coming every day. She is always happy to see her key worker Tracey & the rest of the staff members and gives them loads of smiles & cuddles. We joined back in March and she settled there very quickly. It is a really feel at home environment and the staff & management are very friendly and dedicated. They also encourage health eating which is a big plus! The nursery also uses an app where they upload my daughter's pictures & video from their activities, as well as her progress and daily routine. This is brilliant and gives me a piece of mind. Monkey Puzzle also has a great location near Alty station/ high street with easy drop off and pick up area by car - big bonus too. Thank you to ALL the staff & management – especially Nicola, Laura, Tracey, Sarah, Alicia & Louise - for their support. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

Great nursery, the staff are really friendly, they are fantastic with our son, there is always a huge variety of activities to keep him entertained. He has developed a huge amount since going there. We're very happy with Monkey Puzzle.

Both Laura and Nicola provided my son the best early years care. They provided a fun and engaging setting in which he thrived. They are very focused on the children and through positive praise and encouragement he felt safe and confident. I could not think of a better pair to run their own nursery. The number of reviews from parents whos children they taught over the past 11 years is a testiment to them and the absolute faith and trust we all have in them. I wish the nursery was closer for my daughter to go to!

Our little one has only been attending for a few months but the whole team, especially those in the baby room have made his transition seamless. They absolute adore our baby and we couldn’t hope for any more. I love the daily updates on the app. Would hugely recommend!
