Inclusion & environment
Staff swiftly identify children who need additional support. They plan focused activities to target any gaps in children's learning and monitor their progress. This means that all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, make good progress from their starting points.
Outside, children learn about nature as they search for insects and look at them with a magnifying glass. Children proudly show adults that they have found a 'wood louse'.
Both myself and my son love the setting and the staff. Right from the get go with a complicated and quick registration needed we have been supported amazingly as a family. My son has thrived since attending aged 9 months. He's much more adventurous with food as they have a wonderful varied menu and are able to accommodate allergies and Intolerances. The parent messy play events are a wonderful opportunity to meet the staff and other carers and see your child play and explore in the environment. Their parent app is great and allows for me to keep and eye on what he's eating and naps. They actively encourage outside play as well as creative messy play. My son barely looks back at drop off now he loves the girls there so much if I mention their names at home he smiles.
Read on GoogleOur experience with this nursery was not so good, and we believe it was not worth the price. Our daughter was there for 18 months and during this time we witnessed disorganised persons within the staff, which by the way was constantly changing. A few times we asked some of the carers or key persons of our daughter to keep a close eye with her or to do explicit things (for different reasons regarding her psychical health or emotional struggles due to normal transitions, etc.) and they would just forget about what we asked. Although some of them were very caring and professional, others could have responded better to our requests and adapt to our child’s needs in a more personalised manner.
Read on GoogleOur daughter has been going to MonkeyPuzzle now for more than 6 months and she’s absolutely loving it. We drop her off and pick her up with a big smile every day. Thanks to the amazing staff at MP.
