Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

Outdoor space

Staff plan children's days so that they have opportunities to learn in different environments. However, there are times when some spaces, including outside, are more popular, which can lead to crowding and limit children's free exploration and effective use of resources.

EAL / language support

Children who speak English as an additional language are supported effectively. Staff find out key words in children's home languages. Staff use their own advanced skills in children's other languages to help settle them into the nursery. All children benefit from a language-rich environment, helping to strengthen their growing communication skills.

We had to withdraw our place after having a house move fall through and they kept the entire £650 deposit + booking fee they charge, ignoring our emails asking why they felt this was appropriate. The deposit was also a much larger amount than any other nursery we spoke to. While they didn't technically have to give it back, keeping the whole thing when we had to cancel for reasons beyond our control feels very unethical and feels like really quite ugly behaviour from a business that is supposed to care about parents and children.

We removed our children due to concerns regarding child safety. Our deposit of £650 was not returned and the complaints process was inadequate.

My daughter has just started at this nursery and I can honestly say I made the perfect choice. My daughter really struggles with new people and she has connected with all the nursery staff. The staff have gone above and beyond to put my mind at ease and I wouldn't think twice about recommending them to anyone.
