How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff identify children who require additional help or children with emerging special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Leaders and staff work with parents to provide support by adapting activities and differentiating the curriculum to have specific aims for children's individual stage of development. However, staff would like to further develop their knowledge and skills to include strategies they can introduce to support children to participate in daily routines, as children with SEND continued to play when peers prepared for transition from indoor to outside play.

Great nursery. The activities are engaging and developing, so much so that sometimes my little one does not want to go home at the end of the day 😂 The staff are caring, knowledgeable and develop close bonds with the kids. The menu is varied and healthy. I can tell my little one feels safe and loved at Monkey Puzzle. The manager Laura goes above and beyond supporting the needs of the kids and listening to parents concerns and requests. The added bonus are longer than other places opening hours. Definitely an important feature for working parents! Overall I would highly recommend this nursery. 👌 ❤️

The most wonderful nursery, our little one has been there for almost a year. From day one he has never looked back, the team that look after him are caring and just the most lovely group. We receive daily updates of fun filled days of activities all of which are very varied and engaging. He comes home so happy every day and I can’t thank Laura and her team enough for creating such a safe and special space for our little one to grow.
