I’m so impressed with Monkey Puzzle. My child has been at the nursery for a year and we plan for them to attend all the way until they join school after 4 years old. I looked at several nurseries before my child started and Monkey Puzzle stood out by far in terms of appropriate costs, space for the children and quality of care. The team are attentive, caring, friendly and energetic. The key workers we have had in the different classes have been perfect and had my child’s best interests at heart at all times. The development reviews were so great to see once my child had started. There is brilliant knowledge sharing and working together on new learnings, which is so well documented for parents review on a regular basis. Feedback is always welcomed too which is great to see. Communication is key for me and I get what I need through updates from the nursery practitioners and management. I always get responses to any queries in such a timely manner. We’ve needed support with changing of working hours and allergy issues my child has and I couldn’t thank Monkey Puzzle enough for the assistance they have given us, being so understanding in all transitions. The start was quite difficult for my child but everyone was so supportive and caring, helping them transition so well. It can be such a hard time for the child and parents, so a team that goes the extra mile to support is really comforting. The longer hours the nursery is open, mean my husband and I can work full time and know there is consistent care that we trust. Security is paramount at the nursery which is also really important to us and they take it very seriously. Finally, the app the nursery uses for communications, daily class updates, personal child details and invoicing is brilliant too. Everything all in one place and really easy to use. I love seeing the daily photos, and keeping track of what my child has eaten etc through the day. A 5 star nursery and I’m grateful for the care my child gets there from all the wonderful team members.
