Mr Bee's Family Centre is a charitable organisation operating three centres that deliver high-quality childcare services to families. They collaborate closely with the Early Childhood and Family Services (ECFS) and other regional agencies in West Norfolk to cater to the diverse needs of families.
Additionally, the St Augustine’s Centre serves as a community hub. The organisation is committed to helping adults, children, volunteers, and employees realise their full potential through its employment structure, activities, and associated programmes and services.
The St Augustine’s Family Centre, established in 2007, offers education and childcare for children aged 2 to 5 years, featuring a toddler room, pre-school room, and crèche facilities. The Springwood Family Centre, operational since 2006, provides childcare for children aged 2 to 12, encompassing both nursery and out-of-school provisions, making it an ideal choice for parents employed at the local hospital.
The North Lynn Family Centre, opened in 2004, caters to children aged 3 months to 5 years, comprising two baby rooms, a toddler room, and two pre-school rooms. Mr Bee's started as a registered charity in King's Lynn in 1995, primarily focused on family support.

Inclusion & environment
All children benefit from an inclusive curriculum. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are well supported. Some staff have undertaken specific training, to ensure they offer the best learning opportunities.
Children have daily opportunities to play outside, regardless of the weather. They use their imaginations in the well-equipped outdoor kitchen. They dig and scoop up the wet mud into pots, pretending to make cakes. Children learn how to take safe risks and take turns as they climb steps and wait to slide down the slide safely. They pedal their cars around the outside track, learning which way to go to avoid a collision.
Children, many of whom are learning to speak English as an additional language, develop warm, trusting relationships with staff. Staff have gathered familiar words in some of the children's home languages and have recently introduced sign language, to support those children who find it harder to communicate.
