• Children benefit from a well-thought-out and planned curriculum that incorporates all seven areas of learning, with a particular focus on communication and language.
• Partnerships with parents are effective, with staff using an online system and face-to-face communication.
• Support for children's communication and language is good, with staff narrating activities, repeating key words, and using sign language.
• The key-person system is well established, with detailed information gathered before children begin at the nursery.
• Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities achieve good outcomes, building close relationships with their key person.
• Leaders have a clear and ambitious curriculum that is well used and understood by staff.
