SEND provision

Staff rigorously assess and provide extra time and support, using various resources like picture cards to help children understand concepts. Leaders prioritise training for staff to keep them updated on supporting children with SEND, and they have expert knowledge of local processes for seeking help and applying for additional funding. They meet termly with specialists to implement individualised strategies, leading to rapid and sustained progress for children with SEND.

EAL / language support

The nursery effectively supports children who speak English as an additional language by gathering familiar words from home to use in the setting, helping them settle quickly and build effective relationships. Leaders have expert knowledge of local processes for seeking help for these children.

My 15mo daughter has been attending this nursery for about four months and she seems to love it! We get updates every day of the activities the kids are doing and in the pictures she always seems very engaged. I think it's done a lot for her development. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are bright and have loads of toys and books for the kids to enjoy. Overall very happy with our experience!

I recently visited N family Cobham and was immediately struck by how warm and welcoming it felt. All the children looked so happy and enthusiastically engaged in their activities. The nursery itself is clean, bright, and beautifully set up. The staff were very friendly, and the manager was extremely knowledgeable , she answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. I can’t wait for my daughter to start here in January!

My daughter has just started at this nursery and is already loving it! The staff are incredibly caring and welcoming, and the management and front of house team have been fantastic from day one. They’ve made the settling in process so smooth and reassuring, especially for me as a first-time mum. The facilities are excellent, and the environment is so clean, safe, and well cared for. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my choice. I feel confident and excited every day knowing she’s in such safe and happy hands!

My son is always warmly welcomed at N Family Cobham , the staff are so attentive and caring. Every day seems full of fun and engaging activities, and I love knowing he’s learning and having a great time. The food is fantastic, with a chef on site preparing healthy and delicious meals. I also really appreciate the daily updates on his care and routine it gives me such peace of mind. I’m so happy to have my son here and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent!

My daughter has been at N Cobham for a month now, she joined at 10.5 months, and is absolutely loving it! The staff have been so lovely and were able to connect with her to make her feel welcome straight away. Both Sophie and Alex are so professional and knowledgeable and also really friendly and empathetic which is so helpful during the settling process. My daughter gets to do so many different activities each day and comes home tired out, in a good way! I love seeing the pictures everyday and I can tell she's really being looked after. The food is great and she eats loads of it which is so good to know. Ayeesha & Evelyn have also been amazing at supporting our transition to nursery. I would definitely recommend this nursery!
