We’ve been really impressed with the nursery since our child started. The setting is gorgeous with fantastic facilities, great toys and a huge garden that will be amazing as they grow.
The team are professional but also very warm and welcoming. Management are very hands-on and create such a lovely atmosphere when you walk in. It really feels like a genuine community.
The nursery is incredibly clean and communication is great. We receive real time updates on food, naps etc. and daily photos of the activities the children have been doing, which we love. The food is also excellent and our child is eating so well.
As new parents we were quite nervous at the start, but the team were very reassuring during the settling-in period. It’s so nice to see them smiling when they see everyone in the morning and again when they see us at the end of the day! Even though they’ve only been there a short time, we already feel confident they’re in a happy, nurturing environment.

The building is brand new and the rooms are super clean. The teachers are extremely sweet and every day they come up with a new activity to stimulate the children. But the most important thing is that my daughter smiles when she sees her teachers and friends from nursery.

Our daughter is very happy at this nursery and we've had a great experience thus far. She always runs into her room and talks about her friends and key people. Her room team is lovely and I can tell they truly care about her well-being and development. She's learned so much already, and I'm looking forward to her journey here continuing!

My daughter started at N family club East Dulwich when it first opened when she was just shy of 14 months old. I have been thoroughly impressed with them so far. Firstly the building itself is very impressive - and the facilities they provide are top class. The toys are imaginative and cover lots of different areas of development and play. The rooms are light and airy and have a homely feel. The garden is extremely big, well maintained and the children do make use of it daily and have a lovely time. There’s a baby area which is covered which is lovely. There is an art room which my daughter adores and they go there regularly as well. The food is varied and well balanced and they seem to get a good variety. The staff are so lovely and really have taken the time to get to know my daughter and our family - it’s lovely she has a key person but she also knows all the staff in the room, so if her key person is off, it’s not a complete shock to her as she has a lovely relationship with the other staff too. They are very kind and nurturing - I couldn’t have asked for anything more! My daughter also has a condition and needs daily medication which they have adapted to very well and we have had no issues so far. Honestly, a gold standard nursery and we feel so lucky we managed to get a place for our daughter! Would recommend to any family.

We are very happy with N East Dulwich and the entire time there. From day one, the staff have been so attentive and have made a huge effort to get to personally know the little ones and families. As it was brand new in September this year, many of the babies were doing their settling in period all together and it was an awful lot of work. But the staff and management team never stopped smiling and it took no time at all for our daughter to settle in. The communication and daily updates are excellent, and it's great to have our daughter coming home with new skills and interests on a weekly basis. The food menu is nutritious and varied, and the outdoor space is far greater than any alternative we have seen in the area. Cannot recommend enough.
