Inclusion & environment
Staff create an exciting and varied curriculum and meet all children's individual learning needs well. They support all children who need extra help, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
Children demonstrate their physical abilities outdoors as they keenly climb a climbing wall and excitedly zoom back and forth on tricycles. Children enjoy lots of fresh air and exercise in the well-planned outdoor learning environment, which supports their large muscles, physical skills and confidence.
My child was on the wait list for more than 9 months and was finally offered a space, but I was given no flexibility on start date or attendance days and was told to ‘accept asap’ otherwise the space would be given to another family. While this added significant stress to the process, I reluctantly accepted since I had no other options and paid almost £2k in deposit and fees. I have since been offered a space at another nursery, which has been much more accommodating, so I cancelled the space at Butterfly Lane in accordance with their terms and have been chasing for the refund for 2 weeks. They ignore all emails and do not action anything after speaking on the phone (if you are lucky enough to speak to the right person). Based on this experience I would not feel confident sending my child there.
Read on GoogleA fantastic nursery My daughter has been at the nursery for almost a year. She settled quickly, enjoys going there and we have seen her progress in leaps and bounds. The staff is really caring and the nursery has an engaging and effective curriculum. When planning my return to work, the nursery manager was great with keeping us in the loop regarding availability which allowed me to align childcare with the end of my maternity leave. All in all, we are very happy about all aspects of this nursery and have recommended it to all of our friends in the area. Thank you, staff, for being amazing at your job and truly doing it with lots of love and care!

Read on GoogleWas happy for my son to start this nursery but due to a lack of communication and quite a poor excuse to brush it off after paying the initial registration fees I had no choice but to find another nursery. I’ve been asking back for my refund for a number of weeks and been ignored. Very unprofessional and quite frankly rude and concerning seeing another review from a parent who had the same problem. Definitely needs to be looked into.
