Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff are quick to identify children that may not be meeting their milestones. The special educational needs coordinator is quick to discuss these observations with parents and secure any additional support that children may need. This ensures that the curriculum is rapidly tailored to meet individual needs and children with special educational needs and/or disabilities make good progress over time.

Outdoor space

The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning. Very young children notice a spider in the garden and staff start singing 'Incy Wincy Spider' with them.

Our daughter started when she was 2 and the nursery really helped to settle her in. She's been there for almost a year now and loves going in every day. She's made friends with staff and children alike and they have really helped her to develop into a fun and loving toddler. The staff seem really well set up to work with all personalities. The environment (in the rooms and the garden) and activities and trips out which they run are excellent - a mixture of play, fun and learning. My daughter seems excited to tell me about what she's been doing on the way back home each day.

Our daughter has been attending N Family Nursery for the past 3 months, and we couldn’t be happier! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and there’s a wonderful variety of both indoor and outdoor activities that keep her engaged and excited every day. Highly recommend N Family for anyone looking for a warm, nurturing environment for their little one.

My child was happy at N Family Kentish Town from day one. She instantly felt as ease when we walked through the door and was excited to explore her new nursery environment. The staff are friendly and communicate well, the food menu is nutritious, their values and curriculum encourage a natural curiosity for learning that I think creates a wonderful foundation for future learning. Also the team there hosted a phenomenal Christmas party for all the families. I couldn’t rate this nursery more highly.

Not trustworthy. The instructions to call us when the baby was crying during the settling period were very likely continuously ignored. They lied about how long the baby was crying literally on the day when we complained about the settling (and we only knew that because of other parents who witnessed it). We never received written acknowledgment/explanation/apologies, so this was probably never looked into and might be a common practice. Edit: you can see in the response how they redirect the conversation and ignore the fact that we know and have evidence that they lied to us. Why would you trust people like that with the babies that can't even talk?
