My son has been attending N Family Club West Hampstead for a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From day one, the team has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in his wellbeing and development. Over the past year, it has been wonderful to watch him grow in confidence, curiosity, and skills — he comes home happy, engaged, and attempts to tell stories about his day… as much as a 2 year old can. The educators are wonderful — each one is kind, caring, and attentive, and my husband and I have complete trust in them to look after our child. They strike a perfect balance between nurturing his needs and encouraging his independence, and they take the time to really know him as an individual. We feel so lucky to have found this nursery and are deeply grateful for the role it has played in his early years. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to any family looking for the very best start for their child.

I would highly recommend N Family. My eldest has been there for over 2 years and I am now in the process of settling my second baby in. Choosing a nursery is so difficult but the combination of professional and reliable service with genuinely lovely and kind staff has made me feel so comfortable leaving my children in N Family care. Santanna on front desk is so organised and a wonderful, calm welcome for parents and children alike. All of the staff I have interacted with are great. Management Leandra, Saffron and Lindsay are always present and approachable for any concerns or feedback. They have instilled a positive environment for both their staff and the children in their care. My son has built strong friendships with the children in his class and also a great bond with his teachers (Jodie the room leader has been especially great). My baby is settling so smoothly with Kerese and Harshna - it makes the return to work slightly less stressful! Communication via the app keeps you up to date on all the amazing activities they manage to pack into each day (and the delicious varied menu they feed them each week!) My kids adore their time at the nursery which makes my life as a working parent so much easier.

Wonderful nursery with caring and attentive staff. The environment is warm, welcoming, and perfectly designed for little ones to explore and learn. The activities are engaging, promoting both creativity and development. They take time to ensure parents are comfortable and involved. Continuous feedback on child development experience gives us peace of mind transitioning from at-home care. Highly recommend this nursery for anyone looking for a safe and nurturing place for their child!

We joined N Family around 6 months ago, and have had a great experience so far. The first month was a bit rocky as all the babies were settling in at the same time, but as soon as everyone got their rhythm, things shifted massively to the better. Under new management, the nursery is going through quite a bit of change. Leandra, the Nursery Manager, is open to discussions and feedback. Communication has improved over the past months and a lot of the parents' suggestions have already been taken on board. The educators in the room are friendly and welcoming. They definitely work hard and genuinely care about the babies. You can also feel that the babies are happy with them, which makes me feel comfortable and confident leaving my baby in their care.

My daughter has been at the nursery for about two months, and it has been an excellent experience! N west hampstead has excellent manager, room leads/team and front of house staff. I am so glad to send my daughter to a place where she is well looked after, learning and experiencing new things, and all smiles at drop off and pick up! Great play facilities and activities for the children, as well as a very interactive app keeping parents up to date on their children’s day in real time! Feeling lucky to have got a place here and would recommend it to all parents.
