Our ethos

The Nest is not constrained by any external curriculum but aims to combine the best elements of different approaches to provide your child with a broad and fulfilling nursery experience. We develop your child through great care, outdoor-learning, languages, music and movement. The early years is about helping your child build strong foundations for learning and not learning the alphabet quickly. A confident child with great communication skills and a lust for learning, will find future education much more enjoyable; so we see it as our role to provide this strong start.

We absolutely love the Nest. Both our children were “Covid babies” but we were very supported to help them adjust. The ethos is very much child-centred and I really like the efforts to foster a trusting fun relationship with the children. It is a joy to see them blossom and come into their own since joining the Nest. I would highly recommend it:)
