Inclusion & environment
Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is very effective. Staff identify issues early on and work closely with parents and other professionals, developing targeted plans to support children's learning and development and emotional well-being at nursery and at home.
Children have lots of opportunities to practise their physical skills inside and outside.
Children who speak English as an additional language are particularly well supported. They read dual-language books and staff learn words and phrases in the children's home language to help them feel secure and confident at nursery.
Rauf went to nursery for 1.5years now in reception since september and absolutely loved Christian, Muna, Andrew, Segal. He says mum my brother can go nursery because Christian will definitely look after him very well. He still see Christian in the park and runs to him at all times to say hi and have a chat. I love the community spirit and how my child feels comfortable and respects to his teachers. I have to say I sent my child to 2 different nursery due to work commitments: 2 days hackney and 3 days nest. His preference always nest because people are nice, happy. They are always very careful considering Rauf was very very active and I never had any problem. We had great experience Thank you Team
Read on GoogleWe've had an incredibly positive experience with the Nest. From the outset, the staff have been welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in the growth and development of our child. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, ensuring that each child is both engaged and nurtured. The facilities are top-notch, always clean, and well-maintained. Most importantly, our little one looks forward to attending each day, which is a testament to the warm environment they've created. We feel fortunate to have found Nest and wholeheartedly recommend it to other parents seeking a nurturing space for their children.
Read on GoogleOur son recently joined the nest. He settled in so quick and it’s definitely due to the amazing staff and warm environment. The big plus for us was the emphasis on the outdoors. The staff said to me that there is no such thing as bad weather - just bad clothing choices - and it's true. They have loads of activities for the little ones (yoga, dancing lessons, mandarin lessons, cooking) and a really good and varied menu. The staff genuinely care for all the children. Almost every day there is photos of what he has been doing, they really “see” him and cater to his needs. Our highlight was that on a Sunday when he woke up he asked to go to nursery.. that’s when it was confirmed for us that he really loves it!
Read on GoogleWe reached out for more information back in 2023 but didn’t receive a particularly welcoming or friendly response. The emphasis seemed to be heavily on paying a deposit upfront, which gave the impression that their focus was more on money than building trust or rapport. It just didn’t sit right with me.
Read on GoogleI am so glad that I decided to move from another local nursery to this one. I viewed others which were terrible and tried setother while waiting on Nests waiting list. My 2 year old twins did not settle well there so I moved them after 1-2 months. But the Nest Royal Wharf team made it all better. The girls adjusted so fast and love the staff there. I as an extremely worried mum immediately had a great gut feeling about them and was proven to be right. All the ladies I met and who my kids work with are amazing and update us as best as they can. My kids talk about them at home and always come home happy. There is nothing more precious than leaving your kids in the hands of loving and capable people especially when you are an overly worried mum who doesn't trust many people with their kids. Thank you so much for all your amazing work team. Even our families abroad are jealous when I send them the pictures of all the creative activities you do with the girls every day and week. We also really appreciate the diligent updates every time day they are with you. We can't thank you enough as parents!!!
