I cannot praise this nursery enough. My son has been at this nursery since he was 8 months old. Natasha would never make me feel like I was being a nuisance every time I called to see if I could get a space for my son. I was eager to get him in as I had heard amazing things about the nursery. He is now 2 years old and is so happy here. His development has been amazing and the staff treat him with so much love and care. Would not hesitate to recommend this nursery its brilliant. Thank you all x
Read on GoogleAwful communication. Contacted them back in May 2023 to enquire about September 2024 places. We filled out the form and they told us they were not considering any new admissions until January. So we waited until January and they did not contact us. So we contacted them just for them to tell us they had no spaces. Why not tell people you are unlikely to have spaces? Why keep them waiting until January? The weird thing is, we have heard others who had been given spaces even though they enquired after us..so clearly it's not first come first serve and there's preferences involved. We are now in a position with no childcare.
