My son (nearly 3) was here 6 weeks and ive never been so stressed. They lost his favourite comfort blanket on day 3, said "it’s just a blanket" when i asked them to find it . Lunchtimes are chaos - kids waiting 40 mins for food, my son came home starving every day . They promised outdoor play daily but he was stuck inside for 2 weeks straight cos "staff shortage". No proper nappy changing area, just a dirty old mat on the floor in full view of everyone . Pick up time was nightmare - always running late, once i waited 25 mins whilst they "found" him The kicker - they mixed up his stuff with another boys and gave me someone elses dirty clothes in his bag. When i pointed it out they shrugged and said "these things happen". He started biting and hitting which hes never done before. Kept saying "no go nursery mummy" and having meltdowns in the car park. We left and found a proper nursery where hes happy now. Just wish id saved us both the trauma.
