My toddler and baby both attend Nicoll Road. They are very well taken care of by kind and attentive staff, who provide a safe, nurturing environment. My toddler has developed a love of Julia Donaldson books thanks to the nursery. He loves the Yoga sessions, speaking Spanish with the staff and playing in the nursery’s amazing garden with his friends. My baby is developing so quickly because of the attention and care she receives in the baby room. Her development is meticulously documented by the staff. Very grateful to all the staff that make Nicoll Road such a great place my children to grow up

My first child started in 2019, my second in 2022. If I have more children I’d love for them to attend only the best; Nicoll road nursery. The staff go out of their way to ensure children are happy. Staff retention is great… You see the same faces and can see they REALLY care for the children. Meals are cooked fresh. Yoga and Spanish lessons are a bonus. My children have been taught to share kindly, be polite ,use manners and be kind to others. The curriculum is clear and I know what they are learning at all times, staff are always inviting me to check on my child’s progress. Child’s folder is always filled with detailed observations on physical, social and emotional development. I honestly cannot fault it here. Well done to the staff for being my children’s favourite second home !

I'm absolutely delighted my son goes to Nicoll road. The staff absolutely adore the children under their care and know them all as individuals. His development has been fantastic there with the staff coming up with a varied curriculum that means my son leaves nursery happy after a day playing with his friends but talking excitedly about what books they've read and new things they've learned. The nursery also gives the kids a delicious variety of food with themed menus in certain weeks that make me jealous! Outstanding

My son started the nursery just under a year ago and within 2-4weeks of him starting he made massive improvements in his speech and social skills with other children. The staff are very welcoming, always keep you updated and work with your child in every way either it be starting to potty train or teaching a child the basics of writing and recognition of colours and letters. I am really happy with the nursery and would/have recommend this nursery to other parents and friends. Also the Management is Fantastic!!!! 5/5 stars!!!!

The nursery was extremely unprofessional. My nearly 3-year-old daughter was over-analyzed during a visit that was meant for completing her registration. She was declined a spot just days before she was supposed to start, simply because she wasn't fully potty trained. This was after being in contact with the nursery for at least a month, and at no point were we told to bring her in before discussing her start date. The nursery manager's communication and reasoning for rejecting my daughter were disappointing and unprofessional. I would advise all parents to read the OFSTED report for this nursery before choosing it over others in the area. We initially considered this nursery due to its proximity to our parents' home, but in hindsight, it was a blessing that they rejected our application over potty training. We've now found another nursery in the area with much better reviews and a higher OFSTED rating.
