Inclusion & environment
Managers and staff recognise children's individual needs and adapt approaches to ensure that children, including those with SEND, have their needs met and make good progress. For example, staff organise sensory areas to support children when they feel overwhelmed, and work with parents to understand children's needs and ensure consistency.
Children happily explore the outdoor area, which has been designed to support different areas of development. Older children enjoy attending the on-site forest-school area. The setting supports physical development well, giving children opportunities to be physically active throughout the day.
Staff support children who speak English as an additional language, ensuring they make good progress in their learning and development.
Had a Brilliant experience with this nursery!! Can't recommend it enough. My first experience with the nurseries. My little one will be starting reception soon and he is already sad to leave nursery. Teachers are the best they treat the kids very politely. The nursery updates you regularly about everything they do at nursery. Very Very happy . Came here after a recommendation from a friend and I don't regret my decision. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Read on GoogleCouldn't be happier with Norcot nursery. Today was my son's last day and we were both sad that the end came to quick. Teachers are amazing they really care about kids and go extra miles to support them with everything. I am very grateful and I want to say thank you to everyone at Norcot especially Rachel she is the best teacher ever. Highly recommending Nursery. We will never forget about you and will try to come and visit.
