Northwood Day Nursery, rated Outstanding by Ofsted on 6th April 2023, provides high-quality childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years. The highly motivated staff team, comprising 16 childcare professionals, including 12 with level 3 qualifications or higher, create a nurturing environment where children thrive.

This full-day care setting, established in 2002, fosters exceptional emotional development, with children learning self-regulation and expressing their feelings confidently. The curriculum is broad and balanced, embedded across all learning areas to ensure inclusive progress.

Babies and toddlers benefit from secure attachments with their key persons and enjoy healthy, freshly cooked meals. 30 pm, Monday to Friday, and provides funded early education for three- and four-year-old children in Northwood, HA6 3HP.

EAL / language support

Children who speak English as an additional language make very good progress in their learning. Staff use visual prompts and learn some essential words in the children's languages to help and support their communication.

Chubby middle aged with fair hair at reception...consequently very rude upon arrival and dismissive. I'm a delivery driver and run two businesses, I would never speak negatively to any clients...bad experience. It's a shame as I come here often..If things change I'll change my review 😒
