Inclusion & environment

Leaders and staff provide excellent support for children with SEND. They make timely referrals and work closely with parents and other professionals. Staff establish targeted plans, so children receive early intervention. Leaders use additional funding effectively, for example, they have invested in a speech therapist to help staff support children's speech and language development.
Outside, children lift planks of wood and arrange small tyres to make an assault course. They travel along the planks, holding their arms wide to balance before jumping off the end. These activities help develop children's physical skills.
Both my boys attended oaktree nursery. Staff are amazing and really caring towards the children. The way they helped with potty training was brilliant. While I was able to work I had 100% trust in them to help my boys. In.fact I might say it made my job so much easier. The nursery retains their staff and that tells me alot about a place. Both my boys both are ready for their next adventure. Thank you too ALL of you.
