Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

All children, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, develop a positive attitude towards learning. For example, children enjoy exploring sounds and different textures in a sensory room staff have developed.

Outdoor space

Staff organise the outdoor space well. This area is well used, as all children have the opportunity to explore activities that interest them, such as older children developing physical skills as they climb and use the slide, and younger children digging in sand and pouring water into different containers.

Oceans Nursery have been looking after my son since he was 6 months old and I cannot thank them all enough for how well they have helped bring him up. All of the staff are so friendly and treat all of the children like their own. Oceans have so much for children to do from soft play to parties to arts and crafts as well as vital development activities. My son loves nursery and I’m so happy he’s had the experience of being there for 2.5 years. My oldest son also attends their holiday club which is also brilliant and affordable. He loves the day trips and fun activities that are planned and it’s great knowing that both my sons are happy and cared for while I’m working. I will be continuing to take both sons to Oceans during half terms for holiday clubs now they are both at school because I know that they will have the best time with amazing staff and children.

The best nursery. Has a lovely homey feel, the rooms are beautiful and showcase the children's creative skills, my daughter has beyond thrived here. She has additional needs and Ellie the senco has been incredible. All the staff are, everyone interacts with all of the children, making moving rooms so smooth and easy. I've never felt so welcomed, they genuinely love and care for the children. I couldn't ever imagine sending my daughter to a different nursery, my only regret is not starting her earlier, so she could have made more fantastic memories here!
