The manager supports staff to complete speech and language courses, as they identified that some children's speech was not at the expected level for their age. The manager works well with staff, parents, and other agencies to help these children catch up.
Staff help children to develop good physical skills by providing outside play often throughout the day. They show children how to negotiate an obstacle course, and children develop their strength and balance while taking turns and showing resilience.
My child attended this nursery for over a year. We found the manager to be very unprofessional and unkind. She called my two year old child a "rat bag" directly to their face infront of me and other staff members. At this point I lost all trust in the setting and felt very uncomfortable leaving my child there and opted to find a new nursery as soon as possible. The manager has no discretion and openly and loudly speculated on if my child could be neurodivergent infront of other parents and staff at pick up. I emailed the manager addressing my concerns over her approach and language and she chose not to respond and it remains unanswered a month later. This confirms to me how little respect she has for the parents and children that use this nursery.
Read on GoogleBoth our children went to this nursery and it was the best choice we could have made for our family. The staff are all experienced, well trained and very dedicated to their work. Our children loved this setting as all staff always respected their individualities and interests, all while having fun and learning through play. I couldn't recommend it more.
Read on GoogleAll my children have attended this outstanding setting. The staff are a consistent highly experienced team that go that extra mile for you as a family. Be prepared for excited children when you take them and mucky tired children when u collect .
