Have only had a brilliant experience with all aspects of Otters: a fantastic transition for our child when joining, caring and welcoming staff, a clear regard for the wellbeing of the children, engaging activities that set the children up to have fun but also learn and develop in line with their age related goals, clear dedication to a rich and stimulating environment, a calm and homely feel. We love how readily the outdoor environment is maximised and how getting stuck in (and muddy) is encouraged throughout the children’s learning. Communication from the staff at Otters and the office has always been positive, clear and useful and we enjoy seeing and hearing about the growing vision for the setting from the leadership team. Our child speaks fondly of staff members and the many experiences had in the week. We are very happy with Otters.

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter receives from all the staff at Otters. She goes in every day so excited and there is a huge variety of activities for the children to do, as well as plenty of time outside. The staff are so caring and parents are well informed through the app.

Fantastic setting with great team, fun facilities and a very proactive management. Year round provision from 0800-1800 is invaluable and their flexibility is also fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Our daughter recently attended Otters and we could not speak more highly of the nursery. She attended the baby and then partially toddler room and she loved it. The staff as so personable, there really is a family environment for both the children and the parents. Nursery teachers became someone we could confide in and easily go to for advice. The trust and love my daughter had for the nursery teachers was beautiful to see and really helped me feel comfortable when going to work and leaving her from such a young age. For our daughter, even from such an early age she beamed from ear to ear on the way into to nursery. Developmentally she came on in leaps and bounds. The nursery regularly catered to our needs for example suggesting they settle our daughter with dolly’s with the arrival or a new sibling, or making birthday cards for family members while we were at work. It was the little things that really helped us as a family. We were at first torn between going to a big corporate nursery or a smaller countryside setting. We are now absolutely gutted that we cannot find a similar nursery in the new location we have moved to. Things such as day trips to the countryside or messy play. The nursery not only focuses on settling children, their learning but also ensuring they are outside. We were already extremely happy with the nursery but it really went from strength to strength with the new owners. The improvements they have made to the nursery are small but exceptional. We thank Otters and especially the staff for all they have done for our daughter and our family. We will truly miss this nursery and are sad to have left.
