  • On 13 September 2024, the provider notified us about a significant event relating to Safeguarding policies and procedures, Accident or injury and Safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.
  • On 2 October 2024, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found that safeguarding policies and procedures were effective along with the accident or injury procedures. The provider also ensures that the safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment are appropriate. However, we also found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. They have reviewed the risk assessments regarding nappy changing procedures to ensure children are safe at all times. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
