The staff at Tiny Teapots are amazing and my daughter loves Nicola in the pre-school room. She is an asset to the setting and has really made her time there enjoyable. Claire, the manager has done wonders with this nursery. All her hard work has really paid off. A job well done. We will be sad to leave as my daughter has been going since she was a baby but onwards and upwards to “big school”

It's taken me a very long time to sit down and consider writing this review. My primary concern has always been the safety of other children and parents need to hear what I have to say. My at time, 11 month old son, was involved in a safeguarding issue in this nursery. I won't give details, the whole ordeal was awful and heartbreaking from start to finish. As a parent it's your worse nightmare, they failed in their basic duty of care in keeping babies safe. After the incident taking place, I also can't describe the awful treatment and mishandling we received at the hands of Partou. The incident took place in November and to this say we havnt received a refund for the day my child was mistreated in this nursery. His incident wasn't isolated, a number of incidents took place and to this day I don't know the full outcome of the investigation. I am in disbelief that ofsted havnt published the findings of the investigation that taken place, there's no evidence online that any wrong doing has taken place in this nursery. Please do not send your babies here.

My daughter goes to Abbeywood nursery (Knowle) a couple of times a week. She is in the 0-2 years room and absolutely loves it. She is always happy when we pick her up. She is really active throughout the day with them, from getting all messy and covered head to toe in something they are making or painting. All the staff are wonderfully friendly and are really understanding and supportive towards her and us. The food they provide the children is healthy and organic and they have taken into consideration my daughter's dietary needs. I would not hestiate to recommend the nursery to anyone!

We used to be really happy with this nursery, however recently their fees and rules around start/finish times for term time only free hours arrangements have become convoluted to the point that we are having to question our invoice every month. And apparently arriving at 2-5mins before the hour means that we have to pay for the whole other 55-8 mins of the hour our child wasn’t there. Makes routines and budgets impossible to manage
