Our daughter has been attending Magic tree for the past 8 months and loves it, she settled in very quickly after moving house and seems to learn something new every week. From the parents point of view, they keep us well informed clearly listen to feedback so cant fault them. We had some bad experiences with the admin team (family care team) failing to answer questions or return calls but the nursery managers have helped us report this. The complaint was very well managed and it appeared they are trying to make the changes needed.
Read on GoogleI cannot fault this nursery from my experiences. My son has suspected autism and the staff have been amazing with him, so helpful and always trying their best to support his extra needs. Their facilities are great and they have lots of toys to play with and I notice they always have different activities set out each day to mix it up! You can tell they really care about the children and support the parents. The drops off are hard for my son because of his autism but they are always there ready to welcome him and support him to settle. Then picking up, the handover is great and they always give me an update of what he has been up to! I also love the app they have started using to see daily updates and what food they have had. They also have parents evenings regularly to keep parents informed and to raise any concerns. Great nursery, recommend!
Read on GoogleProfessional staff and a fun setting. Good system in place for drop off and pick up. Great management team and friendly environment with good communication. Great key worker scheme, we loved all of our key workers. My child has loved going to Partou Magic Tree and we will both miss the staff very much.
