My daughter attends Stonehouse and absolutely loves it, she has thrived since joining this nursery and I have to say a huge part of this is down to the staff. They treat the children as if they are their own; they are caring, friendly, attentive, and we’re always kept in the loop on what our daughters been up to and how she is developing. The setting itself is lovely, a real “home from home”. My daughter attends full time, and I totally trust the team at Stonehouse to care for her while we’re at work. I’ll always 100% recommend Stonehouse Nursery!

My little boy currently attends Stonehouse Childcare and has done from the age of 9 months, when starting Stonehouse we found the nursery staff to be very friendly and approachable and made us feel totally at ease making it easier to leave him for the day. The nursery is very clean and spacious and has lots of resources for the children to play with. One of our favourite aspects of Stonehouse is the large outdoor area including a maze which my son loves! The home to nursery links are brilliant, we are told daily information and feel we are included every step of the way with our sons progress including being able to view his development file when we require. Overall we are very happy with all aspects of Stonehouse Childcare and my son loves attending the nursery, we would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone.

Both of my girls go here. Every single member of staff (past & present) are brilliant with the children, you can tell that they all love their job and love working with children. Karen in the baby room is super special, she has looked after both my children and they both love her so much. My oldest struggles with me leaving in the morning but all staff are aware of this and they are happy to give her the extra attention when needed to ensure it's not a dramatic experience for both me and her. The pre-school team are amazing and they have helped get my daughter ready for school. The nursery has lots of different rooms which all children (even the babies) get to go in and do different activities which I particularly love! The outdoor space is amazing, love they have alittle maze! The nursery is always doing something new for the children to learn, and my oldest has loved the opportunity to learn swimming (even excited about the bus getting there) and she enjoys when the football and netball coach comes in. Thank you again to every single worker you are all amazing, even the chef knows the childrens name 😁

I would give zero stars if I could. Stonehouse HAD always been brilliant which is why I chose to send my twins there a few months ago. Now I wouldn't trust them to look after my worst enemy after one of my girls was dragged across the floor, ditched between 2 cushions and left to scream and writhe in pain and then dragged up from standing height up in the air by one arm by one of the staff members while the other 2 looked on and did nothing! wasn't even reported for 24 hours and wasn't even reported by them in full! GDPR sent me the footage to show me the full extent of the abuse to my then 9 month old daughter and the manager tried to play down the situation and talk to me with a smile on her knowing full well what had happened. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS NURSERY TO LOOK AFTER YOUR CHILDREN.
