Inclusion & environment
Children who are disadvantaged, have special educational needs and/or disabilities, or face other barriers to learning and wellbeing, make considerable progress from their starting points. They receive consistently strong support from staff who all know the children's next steps and understand their individual needs. Targeted support is in place for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities to develop social skills and collaborative play, and staff make thoughtful adaptations, including visual timetables, sensory resources, and strategies like rainbow breathing. One-to-one support is also provided for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
While specific details about the children's use of outdoor space are limited in the report, it is mentioned that 'Toddlers take turns putting cars on the ramps outside.'
