Under the new management of Leanne and her trusted team, our son is thriving in this nursery! The staff at Up & Away go above and beyond to ensure that our son feels safe and extremely well cared for. As parents, we often look forward to pick up times when we receive a detailed hand over and witness the genuine care from many of the staff across the setting. Due to the layout of the nursery, it is pleasing to collect our son and catch him in the midst of playing with friends, engrossed in an independent activity or witnessing staff engaging with him at his level in a focus activity or continuous provision. It is always lovely to hear about the exciting activities on offer for our child, including the outdoor provision. We feel well informed of our child's development and feel that staff use the app to communicate effectively with parents. Thanks Up & Away for supporting our boy to grow into the confident chatterbox that he is. We look forward to our new arrival starting with you next year.

Amazing friendly welcoming nursery. Great location for families to manage work and family drop offs. My little girl loves going there and tells me all the fun she gets up to in the room and even more the garden. She has only been there a few weeks and they have had stay and plays, celebration days and so much more. 100% recommend up and away speke to anyone. Amazing price for childcare as well as the ability to use funding.

My daughter has been attending Up&Away for two years now and she is thriving. She loves the staff, she has made lots of friends and she's happy to go there every morning, even if she spends the entire day in nursery. Although there has recently been a change in management, we have been updated regularly and I appreciate it. I must admit, although it might sound odd, I consider this change to be a good thing. There have been significant improvements lately, you don't see a high turnover of staff and I love the hands on approach Mia has when dealing with day to day issues. The nursery feels more like extended family now. As a parent you are always updated, not only through the app but also by the staff, you are told what's going well and even if something would need more work related to your child's day to day progress. They celebrate each child's success and work with them to overcome any difficulties. I am really happy I chose this nursery.

My little boy has been at Partou for a couple of years now, and it has been an incredibly positive environment for him to grow and develop. The fairly recent introduction of an app means that throughout the day I can see what & how much he has eaten, nappy changes or potty visits and most importantly, the staff add some lovely photos of their day. Development milestones are tracked through an engaging variety of activities that we love talking about on our rides home. The classrooms and garden areas never seem cramped, and I know like most my little one eats so much more fruit and veg when he is with his friends in nursery! On those inevitable days where he is unwell or has a bump, I know that my little boy is well taken care of and the staff are quick to reach out with updates, even where he does not need to be collected but just a heads up. However, the most impressive part of the nursery is most certainly the staff. Having moved from class to class over the last couple of years I can genuinely say that each have brought compassion and a frankly outrageous level of enthusiasm to looking after my little boy. I'm aware that the nursery recently became a part of Partou and has had a change of management, but the new team have been great to work with, and super helpful with changing hours and the new government funding. I don't tend to review much, but it's been such a positive experience that I'd give the team 6 stars if I could, and I'll be genuinely sad when it's time to start school instead!

Our son joined Up & Away (Partou) when he was one year old, and he is now in his final year there. It has been a joy to watch him grow, develop, and become the independent young boy he is today. The nursery has played a key role in supporting his language and speech development, as well as reinforcing the five golden rules, which we continue to use at home. We are particularly grateful for the nursery's support during his potty training journey. The team was patient and encouraging, ensuring he had plenty of opportunities to use the toilet, and thanks to their efforts, he has had very few accidents. He has formed wonderful relationships with the staff throughout his time there, and his current favourites are Jenny and Ashley. While we are sad to say goodbye to such an incredible team, we are deeply appreciative of everything they’ve done for him.
