Inclusion & environment
Individual plans meet the needs of children and ensure they make the progress they are capable of, including for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff adapt activities, where needed, to ensure that all children benefit and have the opportunity to take part.
Children's learning continues outdoors, where they build on and learn new physical skills by completing obstacle courses. Children skilfully balance along beams and proudly jump when they reach the end. Younger children explore water and concentrate as they pour the water into different containers. Older children work together to make 'mud soup', which they then feed to dinosaurs.
Amazing nursery with great staff. My son has been going here for nearly 2 years and he loves it and I feel he is genuinely cared about by all the staff.
Read on GoogleI am so happy with the service and care provided by the team at Woodlands. I feel a lot of guilt having our son at nursery full time so I want to feel assured that the people looking after him are going to love him in our absence. The team at Woodlands are warm and friendly, and I can feel that they genuinely care about him. He learns so much while he's there and gets more stimulation and development than we could provide at home.
Read on GoogleSadly we have moved away from Wendover and we did not find it easy finding a nursery in our new town that we felt as comfortable with as we do yours. Woodlands was the only nursery we looked at for Isla so we didn't realise just how good we had it until now! We would like to say thank you to you and all the staff for all the help and for creating a warm, inviting, creative space with personality for Isla to enjoy when she is with you.
Read on GoogleI have been very happy with how the people at Woodlands look after our children. They are kind and caring and do so many innovative and varied activities I have been really impressed with. I am confident that my children are well looked after while I'm working.
Read on GoogleOur son has become even more confident and out-going since joining Woodlands. He is thriving in the baby room and I couldn't be happier.
