Inclusion & environment
The special educational needs coordinator and staff work closely with parents and external services to provide targeted plans for children's individual needs. As a result, all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities, make good progress in their learning and development.
All children, including babies, have plenty opportunities to explore the outdoors. They enjoy jumping in the big puddle with the staff, and take age-appropriate risks, which helps children become resilient and develop confidence in their abilities.
What a wonderful nursery! Both of my children attend here four mornings a week. Each of the rooms are well tailored for the children’s age and needs. The staff are so friendly, helpful and treat your children as they are your own. The other impressive thing is that every member of staff knows the child by name. The standard a food that is provided is also to a high quality and very healthy. You are provided an insight into what your child has done each day and how they are progressing. I would recommend this nursery to anyone!
Read on GoogleSuch a lovely well run nursery. Both my girls attend twice a week and really enjoy it. The staff are always so happy, friendly and are really good with the kids couldn’t rate them enough. Always get feedback to what your child’s been doing throughout the day, meals provided are always really good and healthy too. Both my girls come home happy and have learnt so much since being at Phoenix! Wouldn’t send them anywhere else.
Read on GoogleI have had 3 children attending this nursery -since 2021- and I would recommend to anyone. It has a low staff turnover and admin team are lovely and very responsive. My girls love it there and I have not had a single conern over the years. Love all the staff, they plan a lot of fun activities and my girls are very well prepared for school, they are independent, confident, happy and eager to learn. It also super easy to park outside, each room has an independent outdoor area and the indoor areas are always very clean. I feel very safe leaving my children here knowing that they will be well looked after.
Read on GoogleMy son started here when he was 1 and is now leaving to go to school. It’s a brilliant nursery with great facilities. There are four rooms each with their own outdoor area with activities appropriate for the age range. The staff are approachable and get to know the children well. They upload on the app what your child has eaten each day, what they are learning and pictures of special moments. The food is varied and healthy. The nursery do lots of extra activities such as having animals come in. The recent graduation ceremony for the children going to school was so sweet and a very memorable morning for the children and parents! Thank you to all the staff at Phoenix for the care they have given my child over the last four years.
Read on GoogleWe have been here for over 18 months and honestly this nursery is just superb! Our daughter has been thriving here and the care and attention she gets from all the staff is second to none. The management staff are all very helpful with an questions or advice and always encourage you to ask questions. The staff themselves in the rooms are just amazing. They love all those kids so so much and you can see that with how happy they all are on the setting. There are always lots of activities going on, lots sof ply learning and extra help when needed. Our daughter needed some extra support with social aspects and they integrated her into a programme over 6 weeks and she has been thriving since then. I cannot recommend Phoenix enough. An excellent setting for your child to thrive and grow.
