Effective strategies are in place to ensure children's speech and language are progressing well, including for children who are bilingual or have English as an additional language. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of the staff of the Pier Lodge day Nursery for supporting and contributed significantly to my child’s emotional wellbeing and growth. I am so grateful to the nursery and especially for the ladies from Falcon’s class as these two ladies where extremely supportive in all ways. These ladies helped my child to adapt to the environment which was very stressful for him at the beginning. I was a bit nervous at first to leave my son at nursery as he was very shy with new people. However, me and my child were very supportive by the staff. Thank you for paying close attention to my child’s emotional problems for settling. I would like to say big thank you for these two ladies for loving my child as much as I do and for the support in his development, and especially helping him with eating and trying new foods. I would strongly recommend this nursery to all parents as It is One of The best! Kind regards Lukas’ mum

This nursery is amazing.The staff have been fantastic with both my daughter's they have always made sure my daughters are safe and have never come home with a dirty/wet nappy. They have always be so well looked after. I can not fault them.

AVOID PIER LODGE **I pulled my son out as soon as Sue and Tony sold it. His first few months where good on the account Sue and Tony still owned the place plus he had lovely teachers in his room Lauren ,Michelle, Katie lovely nursery teachers and Sarah the manager.Then he moved rooms it all went downhill worst ever experience so I had to move my son to a new nursery and it’s the best decision ever.

Not happy with this nursery. They Always find a reason to send your child home and I can not bring my child back for 24-48 hours because of nursery’s policy which they never give me to read or sign. Also so many days off during all year for which they want us to pay.
